All About Kids, Inc., a renowned provider of early intervention and developmental services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) - Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to infants, toddlers, and young children with developmental delays. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify occupational therapy needs of children aged 0-3 years
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support the child's development and goals
Provide occupational therapy services in clinic and home settings, adapting treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each child
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, speech therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early intervention and occupational therapy

The Ideal Candidate:
Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of New York

Strong problem-solving and adaptation skills
