Pay Rate: Up to $24.45/hour
Our client is seeking an experienced Crew Scheduler to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Kansas City, KS. This role is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels across plant operations, coordinating hourly employee schedules, and responding to changing production needs on a shift-by-shift basis.
This is a hands-on scheduling position where accuracy, organization, and communication matter. The Crew Scheduler will work closely with plant supervisors and hourly employees to manage daily staffing needs, attendance information, time-off events, training schedules, and workforce reporting while ensuring scheduling practices align with applicable policies, regulatory requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.
The position is initially a 6-month contract assignment with the possibility of extension. Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing environment and have flexibility to support either first or second shift.
* Shift Hours: 10:00AM - 6: 00PM
* Training: Will take place on a 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM -10:00 PM schedule.
