Job descriptionAs a Technical Coordinator, you serve as a critical link between technical expertise and operational execution, partnering closely with the planning team to enable efficient and effective service delivery. You bring strong technical knowledge to enrich work orders with accurate, detailed, and execution-ready information, ensuring planners have the clarity needed to schedule field service representatives effectively. By translating technical requirements into actionable details, you help ensure work is properly scoped, planned, and executed right the first time—supporting planning excellence, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to high-quality service outcomes in the field. What will you do? Support Planners in technical capabilities of job/WOs for Region 5 for Mod jobs. Identify the appropriate FSR to perform work based on technical qualifications. Identify all technical aspects of the job and communicate to Planners for execution of scheduling. Enrich work orders with equipment needs and technical aspects. Collaborate with stakeholders including but not limited to Planners, Territory Managers, Regional Directors and Sales. Actively participate and develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems. Attend customer facing internal/external kick off meetings. Document processes and gaps for required improvement opportunities Verify FSR Power Qualifications at more granular level. Demonstrate mastery of skills necessary to find all available documentation and information. Demonstrate the ability to analyze and bring visibility to documentation errors/ omissions that might be needed to improve support of products. Ability to create skill set matrix and knowledge of BFS. Strong self-management skills requiring no daily supervision. Work effectively across departmental boundaries within Schneider Electric to promote solutions to challenging technical situations and drive field quality/process improvements. Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge for mod work orders Able to document detailed instructions to planners on skills sets in the area, parts needed etc. Drive process improvements with various teams such as TCC. Participate in SIM2 calls as needed for planning purposes What qualifications will make you successful? 2-year degree or equivalent in experience. 5 years of relevant mechanical, electrical and/or power distribution service experience Testing, maintenance and/or upgrade experience in some or all of the following areas is a requirement Low or Medium Voltage Switchgear Transformers Relay Protection Systems Control Systems Strong communications and documentation skills Must have proven skill level to interpret blueprints and other service documents, including but not limited to, specifications, drawings and BOMs reporting and quality requirements.
