GIS Technician I

Full time, hybrid, days/week in office at South Tryon Street in Charlotte, NC

Experience working with GPS data preferred

This position will be responsible for completing tasks including manipulating GIS data from various sources in GIS, performing QA/QC for a data improvement project in Smallworld, and preparing project data and information for GIS contributors. Minimum years GIS experience preferred. Strong background and demonstrated experience in GIS preferred. Experience in Smallworld and/or ESRI preferred. Utility experience preferred. Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint preferred. GIS or related technical degree preferred.
