1st- Composite Tech

Pro Resources is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our production team as Composite Technicians.

This company is a growing local manufacturer producing carbon fiber components for medical, industrial, and other applications. No previous composite or industrial experience is required—we will train the right candidates!

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM |
• Overtime is currently limited but may vary based on production needs.
• Temp-to-hire after 520 hours

Essential Duties

• Lay carbon fiber material into molds according to work instructions.
• Prepare materials and molds for production.
• Follow established production processes and procedures.
• Vacuum bag parts before they are placed in the oven.
• Inspect parts for quality throughout the lay-up process.
• Perform repetitive hands-on production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No previous composite or manufacturing experience required.
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with your hands.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willing to learn and accept feedback.
• Able to work well as part of a small team.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive work with your hands.
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs., with heavier lifting required at times.
• Ability to perform physical production tasks safely and efficiently.
