Quality Rehab Physical Therapy | Colorado Springs, CO
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year
Employment: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday options | 4×10s or 5×8s | No weekends!


Quality Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Colorado Springs team. We are a privately owned outpatient practice with nearly two decades of experience serving patients in our community.This position is designed for a therapist who wants the time and independence to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment rather than moving quickly between multiple patients. Our therapists have 40-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions, with no double-booking or overlapping appointments.


Whether you are an experienced PT or a recent graduate beginning your career, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced rehabilitation team while continuing to develop your clinical skills.


As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, establishing appropriate plans of care, providing skilled treatment, and monitoring progress throughout the course of rehabilitation. Our patient population includes a broad range of orthopedic and neurological conditions, giving you exposure to multiple areas of outpatient rehabilitation.


Common areas of treatment include:

• Orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation
• Sports-related injuries
• Chronic and persistent pain conditions
• Neurological rehabilitation
• Stroke rehabilitation
• Vestibular dysfunction, dizziness, and balance disorders
• Pelvic floor rehabilitation

Primary Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will:

• Complete initial and follow-up physical therapy evaluations
• Identify functional limitations and establish appropriate treatment goals
• Create individualized plans of care based on each patient's condition and needs
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions
• Incorporate therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate evidence-based techniques
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans when clinically appropriate
• Provide instruction regarding home exercise programs and self-management
• Educate patients regarding movement, injury prevention, and functional recovery
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate as an active member of the clinic's rehabilitation team
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and continue professional development

What We're Looking For
Required:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent Physical Therapy degree
• Current Colorado PT license, or ability to obtain licensure before beginning employment
• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Professional, dependable, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to manage an independent caseload while working effectively with a team

Preferred:

• CPR certification
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation
• Interest or experience in vestibular, sports, pelvic floor, or other specialized areas of rehabilitation
