Job description
Position: Senior Software Engineer (Software Engineer 3) Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Duration: Contract Job ID: 178912 Only W2 Locals only Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (Software Engineer 3) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement software applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into development processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Software Engineer, with a focus on developing complex applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. Experience with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
