Job Details Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather and verify project requirements. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to create comprehensive estimates. Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value-engineering recommendations. Manage bid submissions and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial, healthcare, or industrial sectors. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools). Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
