The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking to fill one (1) Sourcing Analyst position in the Fiscal Services - Budget Division. The purpose of the Tax Analysis Division is to maintain a continuous study of the practical operation of all taxation and revenue laws of the state, the manner in which and extent to which such laws provide revenues for the support of the state and its political subdivisions, the probable effect upon such revenue of possible changes in existing laws, and the possible enactment of measures providing for other forms of taxation.

What You'll do as a Sourcing Analyst:

• Solicit quotes
• Track orders and verify shipments
• Create requisitions
• Assist divisions with ordering supplies
• Manage agency print requests
• Close purchase orders

Qualifications:

18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in purchasing/procurement/sourcing. -Or completion of associate core program in public or business administration, purchasing/procurement, materials management, contracting, acquisition management, logistics, strategic procurement, purchasing management, supply chain management or other sourcing related field. -Or 6 mos. exp. as Sourcing Associate, 64511. -Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above Job Skills: Purchasing, Stores, Inventory Professional Skills: Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Collaboration Supplemental Information The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check.
