Key Responsibilities

Deliver an Elevated Client Experience

• Create memorable, personalized shopping experiences that reflect the Jennifer Fisher brand and luxury service standards.
• Build authentic relationships by understanding each client's lifestyle, preferences, and wardrobe needs.
• Serve as a trusted style advisor by confidently recommending products and styling solutions that enhance the client's experience.
• Consistently exceed individual sales goals through relationship-based selling and exceptional service.
• Anticipate client needs while delivering thoughtful follow-up before, during, and after each purchase.

Build and Grow a Client Business

• Develop and maintain a robust clientele through proactive outreach, appointment selling, personalized communication, and client follow-up.
• Utilize CRM and clienteling tools to build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new clients while strengthening relationships with existing clientele.
• Leverage store events, new product launches, and exclusive experiences to engage clients and increase brand loyalty.

Brand Ambassador

• Embody the Jennifer Fisher brand through professionalism, product expertise, and exceptional presentation.
• Become an expert on product collections, craftsmanship, materials, and seasonal launches to confidently educate and inspire clients.
• Share the story behind the brand and collections to create meaningful client connections.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitive brands, and luxury retail best practices.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Support daily boutique operations including merchandising, replenishment, inventory management, stock organization, transfers, fulfillment, and visual presentation.
• Maintain exceptional boutique standards that reflect a luxury shopping environment.
• Accurately complete POS transactions, omnichannel fulfillment, and operational processes while maintaining attention to detail.
• Protect company assets by following all inventory control and Loss Prevention policies.

Team Collaboration

• Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing team environment.
• Support store initiatives, events, and business objectives.
• Demonstrate flexibility by contributing wherever needed to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional client experience.
• Actively participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience within luxury, premium contemporary, designer, fine jewelry, or elevated specialty retail.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales goals and build a loyal client following.
• Strong clienteling experience with a passion for developing long-term customer relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion, jewelry, styling, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales opportunities and drive results.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial retail environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology; CRM experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within luxury, designer, or fine jewelry retail.
• Omnichannel selling and fulfillment experience.
• Existing clientele within a luxury retail market is a plus.

Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00

At Jennifer Fisher, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include a base hourly range at the time of employment. The stated base hourly range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
