Repair Technician

We’re looking for a Repair Technician to help keep our temperature-controlled containers operating safely, reliably and efficiently. You’ll diagnose faults, carry out repairs and preventative maintenance, and help ensure equipment is ready to perform when it matters most. Working closely with colleagues across the team, you’ll apply your technical expertise to identify issues, develop effective solutions and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Location: This is an on-site position, so you’ll need to be within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect and test equipment to identify faults and malfunctions

• Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to repair temperature-controlled containers

• Repair or replace defective components and parts

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to help reduce equipment breakdowns

• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure equipment operates safely and effectively

• Follow applicable safety procedures, standards and regulations

• Keep up to date with relevant tools, technology and equipment

What You'll Bring:

• Technical diploma or equivalent hands-on experience, with a background in mechanical or technical fields such as automotive, HVAC, construction or equipment repair

• Hands-on experience using tools and diagnosing and repairing technical issues

• Basic knowledge of electrical or refrigeration systems is an advantage, although training can be provided

• Ability to work accurately, manage repair tasks independently and collaborate effectively with colleagues

• Interest in developing technical skills and knowledge. Fluent English, both written and spoken
