Shift: 1st shift, start time 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible, full 8-hour days). Hybrid (onsite as needed).
Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Designs, develops and tests software components and functions for aerospace systems.
Supports development of software functional requirements.
Supports software architecture trades and revises existing architecture to meet new functions.
Specifies internal and external software interfaces.
Conducts software test driven development.
Conducts and supports peer reviews on all software lifecycle data.
Contributes to success of an Agile development team.
Supports sprint planning and meets sprint commitments.
Develops and integrates software for B-52 Heavy Bomber systems including radar, weapons, and communication infrastructure.
Troubleshoots in a high fidelity lab environment with aircraft hardware.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
8+ years of experience with embedded (real-time) software development.
Proficient in Ada programming language.
Experience with Agile development practices.
Preferred: Previous technical experience in an aerospace environment.
Preferred: Proficiency in design and implementation of multi-threaded real-time applications.
Preferred: Self-motivated problem solver capable of taking initiative with minimal instruction.
