Location: Richmond, CA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Hybrid Requirement: 2 days onsite per week
Contract Length: 6+ months with potential for extension or conversion
Start Date: ASAP
Pay range: $40-45/hour
We are seeking a highly hands-on HRIS Analyst to support our Workday HCM go-live and the immediate post-launch stabilization period. This role is execution-focused and requires someone with direct HRIS implementation experience (Workday required), strong payroll readiness knowledge, and comfort working closely with Finance, who owns payroll processing. The ideal candidate has progressed through multiple levels within HR, built a strong operational foundation, and brings seven or more years of progressive HR and compliance experience. Experience with 403(b) or 401(k) plans is highly transferable and valued.
