This is a leadership-first role overseeing IT service and support for North American operations within the fast-paced waste, recycling sector. Reporting to the ITSS Director, the Regional IT Manager acts as the bridge between technology and frontline workers, ensuring diverse lines of business (collection, sorting, specialized treatment) remain connected and efficient. We are looking for a culture-builder who can unite a geographically dispersed team of IT technicians into a cohesive, high-performing unit.
