On-site executive leadership opportunity. Ready to lead, scale, and make an impact? We are partnering with a rapidly expanding 503A sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy seeking an accomplished operational leader to join its executive team during an exciting period of growth. This is not a maintain-the-status-quo position. We're looking for a builder, operator, and strategic thinker who can take ownership of a sophisticated, high-volume pharmacy operation and help lead the organization through its next stage of expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this leader will have broad responsibility for operations, P&L performance, strategic planning, sales and marketing oversight, team leadership, and organizational scalability.

What we're looking for
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare or pharmacy operations executive who has successfully led large teams and complex, high-volume operations. Experience in large-scale compounding pharmacy operations is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated P&L and financial leadership. We are especially interested in leaders who can operate at both levelssomeone equally comfortable developing strategy in the executive suite and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen. An MBA is preferred. A PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is also preferred but not required.
