We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licnesed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead our team at Bayshore Nursing & Rehab. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and quality of life. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, including administrative, clinical, and support services
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality care standards
Collaborate with our clinical and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
Foster a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and professional development
Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of finances and facilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
As a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will be responsible for overseeing our entire nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and quality of life.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
• Licensure: Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin.
