Prepare and submit food and supply order lists weekly.Assist and supervise clients in learning Independent Living Skills.Assist and direct clients in Activities of Daily Living.Plan and participate in activities, plan weekly outings and crafts with clients in the home.Work with the supervisory team to ensure compliance, safety and cleanliness in the home.Work as a team with other direct care staff and supervisors.Also looking for staff interested in Facility Leadership Positions:Ensure facility operations, quality care and services, compliance and documentationResponsible for ordering supplies, food, etc.Assist clients in managing personal funds, manage household petty cashMedication audits and medication oversightTeam leadership roleMentor and train new staffPOSITION REQUIREMENT:Must pass criminal background check
