Your Day-to-Day (aka the Playbook)

What We're Looking For

Proven LeadershipExperience in senior management level roles, ideally in media, digital or broadcasting. You've led diverse teams and driven measurable success.

Strategic VisionaryYou see the big picture and know how to get there. You're comfortable with P&L ownership, financial planning, and operational excellence.

Regulatory SavvyYou understand broadcasting regulations, content guidelines, and compliance standards and you know how to navigate them with confidence.

Financial AcumenYou're skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You know how to drive profitability while managing expenses.

Relationship BuilderYou're a natural communicator and connector. You build trust, foster loyalty, and amplify client satisfaction. You inspire and motivate your team.

Digital FirstYou bring strong digital acumen and understand how to leverage emerging technologies including AI to drive innovation and revenue growth. You're not just tech-aware; you're tech-forward.
