Seeking an experienced Senior Systems Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives, infrastructure planning, and technology solution design for large-scale enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will provide strategic architectural guidance, establish enterprise technology standards, and ensure successful integration of multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications.

The candidate will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise architecture solutions while driving architecture governance and modernization initiatives. Candidates with strong Pega Business Architecture experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise systems architecture planning and solution design.

• Design scalable infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions.

• Provide senior-level architectural guidance and technical leadership.

• Develop enterprise architecture standards, policies, and best practices.

• Architect solutions integrating multiple platforms, operating systems, and enterprise applications.

• Review hardware and software architecture, technology options, risks, and cost-benefit analyses.

• Develop integration frameworks and implementation strategies for technical standards.

• Establish and support enterprise architecture governance processes.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure architecture alignment across initiatives.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enterprise adoption strategies.

• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

• Support infrastructure optimization and enterprise modernization initiatives.

• Mentor technical teams and provide architecture oversight throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum 15%2B years of overall IT experience.

• Minimum 7%2B years of experience in infrastructure and systems architecture, planning, engineering, and optimization.

• Experience providing senior-level enterprise architecture leadership.

• Experience designing enterprise solutions integrating multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications.

• Experience reviewing software and hardware architecture, risks, costs, and business impacts.

• Experience developing enterprise integration frameworks and technical standards.

• Experience supporting architecture governance processes.

• Experience providing technical guidance to project teams.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) certification.

• Minimum 7%2B years of Pega Business Architecture experience.

• Experience utilizing Pega Blueprint for requirements gathering and solution design.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise modernization initiatives.
