Amazon's Global Tax department provides tax controllership and single-threaded business support across key tax functions. Within Global Tax, the Tax Finance team delivers financial and controllership services FP&A, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), vendor management, and cross-organizational programs. We are looking for a Program Manager to join Tax Finance and own the end-to-end design and execution of programs that ensure our procurement, vendor contracting, and reporting mechanisms run accurately and at speed leveraging AI tools to scale. The Program Manager will work across Tax Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Tax Managers to drive the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle New Matter Requests, Budget Adjustment Requests, Work Orders, and Tax Order Forms and to manage the SIM / Contract Central / DocuSign contracting workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in ambiguity, communicates crisply, influences without authority across a broad stakeholder set, and has a bias for eliminating unnecessary process while raising the bar on controllership.
