Pay: $90,000 - 100,000 w/ Bonus Structure Schedule: 5am - 1:30pm (Monday - Friday) + On Call Job Overview: The Program Director supervises daily operations of an opiate treatment center, ensuring excellence in operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service. Responsibilities include team member supervision, scheduling, training, service delivery oversight, patient progress evaluation, policy implementation, and regulatory adherence.
