This is an opportunity to build new skills, travel, and grow with a company that promotes from within.What We OfferW-2 employmentCompetitive hourly payBi-weekly direct depositCompany-paid hotels and airfarePer diem, mileage, and drive-time reimbursementBenefits- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with company matchingEarned PTO and Sick TimePositive and Collaborative Team Culture Consistent project workOpportunities for advancement and career growthWhat You'll DoThis is a physically active, fast-paced role where you'll:Execute large-scale retail remodels and store resets in big- box Home Improvement Stores.Install, relocate, adjust, and dismantle steel fixtures, cantilevers, shelving, pallet racking, and displaysSupport department teardowns, rebuilds, and merchandising projectsSet products, signage, and displays according to planograms and project specificationsSafely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, forklifts, and scissor lifts (training provided)Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout each projectWork closely with teammates, project leaders, and store management to complete projects on scheduleComplete in-store reporting using web based handheld devicesMaintain a clean and safe work environmentAll other job-related instructions and job-related tasks should be completed as directed by management.Position RequirementsMust be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of active auto insuranceAbility to travel weekly throughout your assigned region and surrounding states (home most weekends)Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to safely operate hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, tape measures, and box cuttersStrong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting or working independentlyComfortable using a smartphone for communication, scheduling, and in-store reportingForklift or OSHA certification is a plus, but not required- training providedThis is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and remaining active throughout overnight shiftsRegular lifting, moving, and handling of products, fixtures, and materials up to 50+ lbsfortable working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules.Travel Requirements100% weekly travel throughout your assigned region and surrounding statesCompany-paid hotels and airfare (room sharing applies)Home most weekendsPer diem provided during overnight travelMileage and drive-time reimbursementMust have and maintain a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.Join the SRS team today!
