Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking a Project Scheduler to join our Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and monitoring construction schedules for large-scale capital improvement projects.
Responsibilities include independently interpreting construction drawings and project documentation across multiple disciplines, reviewing contractors' Primavera P6 baseline and monthly schedule updates, performing quality assurance and quality control reviews of contractor schedule submittals, tracking project progress, and delivering schedule analyses that support effective project planning, execution, and reporting.
Qualifications include six (6) years full time paid professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably in an educational facility or public works projects. Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite is required. Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or any related field is preferred.
Salary Range: $175,000 to $200,000 yearly
