LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite 3 days/week) INDUSTRY: Pharmaceutical JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a high-grit, results-driven Senior Program/Project Manager for a 12-month contract with a high probability of extension. You will assume oversight of 1012 concurrent small technical projects currently managed by engineering resources. Your primary mission is to establish structure, enforce accountability, and drive delivery in an environment that requires immediate organization and strong leadership without direct authority.
