Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Entry Level Public Relations Coordinator to support promotional outreach, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, representing a company, building relationships, and creating opportunities for customer growth.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at promotional events, community activities, and outreach initiatives.
  • Engage with prospective customers and provide information about products and services.
  • Present products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Support promotional campaigns designed to increase customer interest and sales.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and community members.
  • Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities.
  • Distribute promotional materials and assist with brand presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer engagement and sales goals.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and community members.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
  • Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, public relations, or events is a plus but not required.


Additional Information
