A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Tableau BI Developer / Tableau Analytics Developer.

Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 12 months (with high possibilities of extension)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 days remote)

As a Tableau BI Developer / Tableau Analytics Developer, you will:

Position Summary:

• The Enterprise Business Intelligence Technology team is seeking a skilled Tableau Desktop Developer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making processes.
• This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Optimize and maintain existing Tableau dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and visualizations.
• Stay updated with Tableau best practices and new features.

Primary Skill: Tableau
Secondary Skill: Alteryx
Tertiary Skill: Agile tools (Jira)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with industry BI/Reporting toolsets including Tableau, MicroStrategy, Cognos, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Qlik.
• Experience with connecting to Hadoop, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, Netezza, Teradata, and SQL databases.
• Experience with Data Science integration and application (Python, R).
• Experience with ETL tools (Trifecta, Alteryx, SSIS, Informatica)
• Experience with programming languages (Python, APIs, Web Data Connectors, Tableau Extensions, JavaScript).
• Experience with Financial services data and large data volumes.

The ideal candidate will have: <Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, ETL, Power BI.>

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tableau Desktop Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and data visualization best practices.
• Solid understanding of SQL, data querying, and fundamentals of data modeling.
• Experience with data preparation and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $62 - $65 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
