Job descriptionParkEPS is seeking a detail-oriented Data Processing Clerk to support its engineering, project, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will process, verify, organize, and maintain company and project information while ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Process and update project, client, equipment, and administrative records. Enter information from forms, reports, invoices, spreadsheets, and technical documents. Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information and make appropriate corrections. Maintain organized electronic files, databases, spreadsheets, and tracking logs. Assist with processing project documentation and engineering-related records. Update internal systems with current project and customer information. Compile information and prepare routine reports for management and project teams. Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and administrative personnel to resolve data discrepancies. Assist with document filing, indexing, and retrieval. Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and project information. Follow established data-processing and record-management procedures. Complete assigned administrative and data-processing tasks within required deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in data processing, data entry, administrative support, records management, or a related field preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent computer and typing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and database systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with engineering, project, and administrative teams.
