Energy Oasis is looking for driven Full Cycle Sales Representatives to join our team and help homeowners explore solar and roofing solutions.

This is an in-person field sales role where you'll meet directly with homeowners, learn about their needs, present solutions, and guide customers through the sales process from the first conversation to a signed agreement.

What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll:

• Meet with homeowners in person to introduce solar and roofing solutions.

• Build trust and create positive customer experiences through face-to-face conversations.

• Ask questions and learn about each customer's needs, goals, and priorities.

• Explain available solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

• Present recommendations that align with the customer's needs.

• Answer questions and address concerns professionally.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through closing.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong relationships.

• Manage your daily schedule and sales activities independently.

• Work toward individual sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.

We're looking for people who are motivated, coachable, resilient, and comfortable talking with new people.

You don't have to fit a traditional sales background. If you're confident, willing to learn, and motivated to succeed, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation

• Functional mobile device

• Authorized to work in the United States

Previous sales experience is a plus, but we're open to motivated candidates who are ready to learn.

Compensation

Expected annual earnings: 60,000–150,000

Your earnings are performance-based, giving you the opportunity to grow your income as you develop your skills and achieve sales results.
