Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In Home Caregiver to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Avondale, AZ. As an In Home Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veterans and seniors by providing them with personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and skilled care to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist clients with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Engage clients in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as reading, puzzles, and conversation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
