Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, documents, and other correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and copying
- Assist with social media management and marketing efforts
- Help maintain and update company databases and systems
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Familiarity with online tools and platforms, such as Google Suite and social media management tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a virtual assistant or secretary are a plus
