Oversee enterprise SQL Server environments, managing high availability/DR (Always On), performance tuning, capacity planning, patching, and strict RTO/RPO backup strategies.
Partner with Security to integrate automated scanning, secrets management, and SOC 2 compliance while driving structured incident response, post-mortems, and change-management rigor.
Collaborate with Cloud Architecture and leadership to optimize Azure spend and drive automation, observability, and self-service capabilities to eliminate toil.
