Required Qualifications:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management capabilities.
• Ability to evaluate complex business situations and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in evolving environments, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results with limited guidance.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and focus on quality and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation.
• Background in financial services, equity compensation, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams and driving organizational results.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
