Job description
Job Title Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location / Schedule Lakeland, Florida / Flexible, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week. Start Date: August 23, 2026. Why This Assignment This short-term, flexible assignment offers an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential patient care in Lakeland, Florida. Key Responsibilities Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities. Monitor patient progress and document observations. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs. Requirements Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Florida. Ability to travel occasionally within the Lakeland area.
