Machine Operator
Schedule: Friday–Sunday | 4PM-4:30AM
OR
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8PM-6:30AM
Pay: $21-$22.00 per hour DOE
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial production equipment, preparing machines for production runs, performing routine cleaning and preventative maintenance, and ensuring equipment remains operational and production-ready.

Responsibilities
- Operate and support industrial production equipment
- Prepare machines for upcoming production jobs
- Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Exchange and prepare production units for manufacturing runs
- Monitor machine performance and report issues to technical staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with various stages of the manufacturing process as needed
- Work closely with production, technical, and leadership teams
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, machine operation, or related experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with industrial equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures

- Must be able to work the scheduled Friday–Monday day shift
