As a Geek Squad Senior Repair Technician (Agent), you’ll lend your tech expertise and leadership ability to overseeing technology support at a Best Buy store. You’ll train and coach agents in repairs and services in accordance with Geek Squad’s high standards and serve as a role model for the team. Your efforts will result in world-class employee and customer experiences while driving exceptional business results. Internally, this role is known as a CIA Agent.
