Encompass Developer

Salary: $175,000 - 225,000 per year

Requirements:

• We bring 5–10 years of professional experience developing within ICE Encompass, including SDK, ICE Developer Connect, custom forms, and business rules.
• We have strong scripting capability in JavaScript, VBScript, Python, or comparable languages.
• We have experience building full-stack applications with React or Angular, along with Node.js or .NET.
• We understand mortgage operations, loan workflows, and compliance-focused automation in depth.
• We have worked with RESTful APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• We demonstrate strong debugging, performance tuning, and system design skills.
• We can translate complex business needs into scalable, well-structured technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• We design, build, and support custom Encompass functionality using SDK, ICE Developer Connect, custom input forms, business rules, and automation tools.
• We develop and refine scripts to improve workflows, validate data, and minimize manual effort.
• We integrate AI tools and modern technologies to strengthen loan processing capabilities.
• We create internal tools, microservices, and user interface components using modern frameworks and platforms.
• We architect and maintain integrations with LOS, CRM, pricing engines, AUS, document providers, and internal systems.
• We analyze operational processes and implement scalable automation to improve cycle times and data quality.
• We provide architectural direction, code reviews, and best-practice guidance for Encompass development.
• We collaborate with compliance, secondary, operations, and product teams to ensure solutions align with regulatory and business needs.
• We own testing, deployment, and documentation across the full lifecycle of Encompass enhancements and integrations.
