Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Active or pending Utah Occupational Therapy (OT) license (must be active prior to start). Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Level 1 trauma setting. Ability to commit to a 2-week contract.
