Our client, a well-established company located in Boston, is seeking an Accounting / AP Specialist to join their team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations with a primary focus on invoice processing, coding, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Process and code invoices accurately and efficiently
Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation
Maintain organized accounting records
Assist with accounts payable and general accounting functions
Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and reconciliation activities
Communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors
Assist with other accounting projects and administrative tasks as needed
Previous experience with invoice processing and coding
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Previous accounting or accounts payable experience preferred
