Seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, Agile delivery experience, stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in delivering successful technology solutions.
The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, resource coordination, backlog management, sprint planning, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Manage IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities across technical and business teams.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Support Agile project delivery and Scrum activities.
Create, refine, and manage product backlogs.
Plan and coordinate sprint activities and work assignments.
Track project progress using project management and lifecycle management tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, analysts, and leadership teams.
Produce project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
Ensure project governance standards and methodologies are followed.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Support resource planning and workload management.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor and coordinate project team members to achieve project goals.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
Current PMP certification or completion of a nationally recognized Project Management curriculum.
Minimum 7 years of professional IT experience.
Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects using PMI PMBOK methodologies.
Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies.
Experience creating and managing product backlogs and sprint planning activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Teams, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Business Analysis experience.
Experience with Scrum methodologies.
Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira.
Experience with enterprise application development projects.
Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
