This position is responsible for processing customer transactions accurately, assisting customers with questions and service needs, identifying opportunities to recommend bank products and services, and supporting daily branch operations. Success in this role comes from a commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences.Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently.Build customer relationships by identifying needs and referring appropriate products and services.Assist customers with account inquiries, maintenance requests, and general banking questions.Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records.Support branch operations, including ATM, vault, and balancing activities.Follow all bank policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security standards.Collaborate with team members to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.Required Knowledge & SkillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers and coworkers.Sales aptitude with a focus on identifying customer needs and solutions.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.Basic mathematical, computer, and problem-solving skillsmitment to teamwork, compliance, and professional conduct.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous customer service, retail, cash-handling, or banking experience preferred.Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a difference in your community, we invite you to grow your career with Minster Bank.
