Restoration Commercial Business Developer

Job Description:

This rapidly growing, family-owned restoration company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand its referral network and build out its commercial presence across Southern California. With revenue growing toward $6M–$8M and plans to build a dedicated BD team, this is an excellent opportunity for a charismatic, relationship-driven professional who wants to help develop a territory and grow into future leadership.

Requirements:

• Family-owned restoration company with a strong growth trajectory and Anaheim/Orange County headquarters.
• Full-time role covering the Southern California territory.
• Focus on generating new mitigation and reconstruction opportunities through referral relationships.
• Build relationships with Property Management companies, Multifamily operators, Affordable Housing organizations, and commercial referral partners.
• Existing Property Management relationships strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of business development, sales, or relationship-management experience required.
• Restoration/construction industry experience highly preferred.
• Commercial experience strongly preferred, particularly Multifamily and Affordable Housing.
• Proven ability to build referral pipelines, generate new business, and maintain a strong book of business.
• Strong networking, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious, self-aware, and highly relationship-oriented.

Job Overview:

• Develop and manage referral relationships throughout Southern California.
• Generate new mitigation and reconstruction opportunities.
• Build partnerships with Property Management, Multifamily, Affordable Housing, and commercial organizations.
• Grow and maintain a strong referral pipeline and book of business.
• Attend networking events, industry functions, and client meetings.
• Work closely with ownership and operations to transition new opportunities into production.
• Help expand the company's commercial presence while supporting its established residential business.
• Collaborate with a growing BD team in a mentorship-focused environment.
• Provide market feedback and industry insight to leadership.
• Help establish processes and relationships that support the long-term growth of the BD department.
