CNC Machine Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift

Our Team You'll be part of a dedicated manufacturing team that specializes in producing high-tolerance aerospace components. Our division thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and a commitment to delivering excellence to our defense and aviation partners. Hours: 1st Shift: 5:10AM - 3:40PM, 2nd Shift; 3:30PM - 2AM, Monday - Thursday (4 10-hour shifts). Compensation in this role will range from $20 to $35 hourly based on experience. What You Will Do * Operate CNC machines to produce aerospace-grade components with precision and consistency. * Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining. * Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues. * Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications. * Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize production processes. * Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * High school diploma or GED * 3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment * Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings * Experience utilizing measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges What Will Put You Ahead * Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing * Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) * Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standards * Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines * Technical certification in CNC machining or related field At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
