Job Title: Service Advisor

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Summary
The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department at our dual International and Isuzu Truck Dealership.
This role is responsible for scheduling service work, initiating work orders, maintaining communication with customers regarding repair status, and estimating costs.
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing service sales and technician productivity across both medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicle lines.
