Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry Location / Schedule Springfield, MO | Nights (1900-0700) | 36 or 48 Hours/Week | 13-Week Contract Why This Assignment Join a dynamic surgical telemetry unit in Springfield, MO, offering a fast-track 13-week night assignment. Utilize EPIC EMR while caring for diverse post-surgical and trauma patients. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for telemetry patients on a 32-bed Surgical 3B unit. Manage care for patients post-trauma, surgical interventions, and medical comorbidities. Utilize the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Administer medications, including drug titrations, and operate Alaris pumps and telemetry. Requirements Current RN License (Missouri or eligible for licensure). Minimum 1 year of inpatient Telemetry experience. BLS (AHA only) and NIHSS certification (obtain prior to start). 4 trauma credits (or complete within 2 weeks of start). Ability to float on a rotational basis; Flu vaccination required Nov 1-Apr 1.
