  • Prepare executive presentations, investment committee materials, business cases, and transaction summaries.
  • Synthesize diligence results into actionable recommendations and support transaction structuring and integration planning.
  • Coordinate due diligence activities across financial, operational, regulatory, technology, human capital, and commercial workstreams.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to facilitate efficient transaction execution.
  • Support sourcing efforts by identifying, assessing, and advancing prospective acquisition and partnership opportunities.
  • Manage acquisition pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, and related corporate development systems and tools.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to corporate development processes, tools, reporting, and diligence methodologies.

  • Confident Humility a quintessential team player, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, with pragmatic optimism
  • Contagious Growth Mindset a continuous learner with intellectual curiosity who strives for excellence and inspires others
  • Trusted Relationships supportive and authentic with mutual respect for colleagues
