We're looking for an HR Generalist to support our Grand Rapids plant, with a clear path to grow into an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role over time. This is an on-site, hands-on position for someone who wants to build a well-rounded HR career starting with the fundamentals of employee relations, engagement, recruiting, and onboarding, and growing into broader strategic partnership with plant leadership as your experience deepens.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants real ownership, direct exposure to plant operations, and a company invested in developing you into a more senior HR role.
