Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Hand Therapy Santa Rosa, California / Full-time, 40 hours/week, flexible 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week / Contract: 13+ weeks Why This Assignment Join a dedicated outpatient team with a full caseload specializing in hand and wrist rehabilitation, offering a flexible schedule for experienced OTs. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for hand and wrist patients. Provide 60-minute evaluation and treatment sessions focused on functional outcomes. Document patient progress, care, and charge entry accurately and timely. Educate patients and families on therapeutic interventions and safety. Requirements Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license. Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient hand therapy experience. Proficiency in evaluating and treating hand and wrist conditions. Ability to manage a full caseload and conduct 60-minute sessions.
