This hybrid role offers an opportunity to contribute to the evolving landscape of real estate finance within a leading publicly traded REIT. The Associate Finance will operate at the intersection of operational finance, advanced analytics, and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve operational visibility and support smarter, faster, and more data-driven decision-making. Working closely with finance, asset management, and operations teams, this individual will analyze property- and portfolio-level performance and translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytically driven finance professional with strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying insights to finance team and cross-functional stakeholders. This position offers meaningful exposure to key areas of the business, including portfolio performance and operational finance, while providing strong opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibility within a dynamic real estate investment platform.
