What are the key skills we are looking for? * Customer Focus - Build strong relationships with customers while delivering professional support and technical expertise. * Communication - Clearly communicate technical information to customers, teammates, and project stakeholders. * Electrical Systems Knowledge - Apply technical knowledge of electrical power systems, equipment, and monitoring solutions. * Networking & Device Communications - Configure, troubleshoot, and support communication between intelligent devices and software platforms. * Problem Solving - Diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions in dynamic field environments. * Technical Documentation - Maintain accurate records, service reports, and as-built documentation to support project success. * Safety & Compliance - Follow established safety procedures and quality standards while working onsite and in customer environments. What qualifications will make you successful? * Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Power Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field preferred. * Experience installing software or operating systems. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Experience connecting devices or troubleshooting communications across a network. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications. * Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. * Willingness to travel approximately 20-80%, depending on final assignment location. * Ability and willingness to relocate within the United States following completion of the training program. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), or Systems Integration. * Knowledge of electrical power distribution, power generation, and power quality concepts. * Familiarity with SCADA communication protocols, networking architecture, and HMI configuration. * Exposure to Schneider Electric software solutions and industry certifications is a plus. What's in it for me? * Six months of comprehensive technical training in Franklin, Tennessee. * Relocation assistance for training and permanent assignment locations. * Hands-on experience with industry-leading energy management and automation technologies. * Exposure to customer-facing projects that develop both technical and professional skills. * Opportunities to work across diverse industries, including data centers and industrial facilities. * Career growth potential within a global leader in energy management and automation. * Collaborative team environment dedicated to safety, innovation, and continuous learning.
