What qualifications will make you successful? * Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Electrical Power Systems, Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field preferred. * Experience installing software or operating systems. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. * Experience connecting devices or troubleshooting communications across a network. * Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications. * Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. * Willingness to travel approximately 20-80%, depending on final assignment location. * Ability and willingness to relocate within the United States following completion of the training program. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), or Systems Integration. * Knowledge of electrical power distribution, power generation, and power quality concepts. * Familiarity with SCADA communication protocols, networking architecture, and HMI configuration. * Exposure to Schneider Electric software solutions and industry certifications is a plus.
